GO Estate Agents is a brand new Estate Agency business and we will be doing things a little differently from the industry norm. In establishing our Estate Agency, we have consulted with clients across the country to find out what they do and don't like about Estate Agents they have dealt with.

We tell you what we charge before we come and see you
You've heard the old addage that a roofer wouldn't give you a price to fix your roof before he saw it, which is fair enough. He could tell you what his daily rate was though, or what he charges for new slates. GO Estate Agents are upfront about our fees - you can see them outlined here, and then you can decide if it's what you want to pay and whether you want to see us.

We don't do bullshit
If the house is next door to Dungeness Power Station, we won't try to hide it. It's a bit too big!

We don't have Shiny Suits and Popstar Haircuts
We really don't think it's what you are after (and we would look a bit of a Charlie).

We advertise your property everywhere & always have at least 5 pictures of it
We don't pick and choose where it goes (unless you specifically want us to). Your property will be advertised everywhere, giving it maximum exposure. We also want to be up front about your house. People are pretty switched on nowadays - if there's no picture of the kitchen or bathroom, the natural assumption is that they've been missed off for a reason and buyers won't call us about it. Why not face facts - if it needs replacing, either replace it before you advertise, or advertise it as in need of replacement. The vast majority of buyers would rather bag themselves a bargain and get their dream bathroom installed themselves once they own the house.

You can choose the level of service we provide
You might be happy conducting viewings yourself or you may hate the prospect. You may specifically want a floor-plan preparing. You might not be bothered if a picture of your house is ever in the Evening Post. Or you may want to advertise at a price that we really wouldn't recommend. However you want to sell your property, we can tailor a package to suit.

Your property will be advertised in at least 11 different places
We will be listing our properties on GO Estate Agents, Rightmove, Prime Location, Find a Property, Property Live, Globrix, Zoopla, Gumtree, with a FOR SALE board, in our window, and on Google. There are also countless other sites that feed off the main propertry portals that your property will be fed to as well. Our listings really do get a lot of exposure.
